Im 5'0, 22 years old and i weigh 180lbs. I have cut out all caffine, drink a gallon of water a day. hardly no junk food (Trying to cut back). Chicken no beef. I walk about a mile a day, chase after 3 4 year olds for 4 hours a day. Any other ideas that can help me lose weight? This is a big deal for me. and its the biggest goal i have set for myself in a long time.

we are in the same situation.. Im looking for help as well.. they say one of the main reason you gain weight or keep weight on is because of stress.. so try and stay stress free.. doing several different excercises will help you relieve stres.. Hope that i helped..
