im 15 years old
i weigh 161 and i wanna be 150
i use to weigh 190 but i lost it to jogging but i still got some belly fat and im kinda flabby i wanna get rid of the rest
i jog 1 mile 3-5 times a week but i dont focus on dieting cuz im not sure about that stuff i need some one to help tell me what i should do diet wise so i can get rib of this flab 4 my woman ;)
Diet is without doubt very very important but I'm guessing that at 15 you probably have slightly less control over it than some of us older members do.
With the running, have you tried pushing the distance slightly more? Try doing 1.5 miles the same number of times and gradually push that up.
I started running about 5 years ago and hated every second of it; I stuck with it though and gradually pushed up the distances to the point where I did my first marathon last year.
In training for that I lost over 7 pounds in about 3 months from an already fairly slim body while eating whatever I wanted so I'm sure if you step up the cardio exercise slightly it'll soon fall off.
