I know It's insane it's june 30th and I need to lose 20 pounds b4 school starts at the end of August someone please help me to lose it I don't know how....13 years old...slow metab.

Start by walking or exercising some way, every day for 20 minutes.
Cut out junk food and drink lots of water.
Eat lots of fresh vegetables, lean protein and fruit.

Go roller blading at the roller rink or outside, go bike riding, swim, play, your 13 for goodness sakes! ; )
I walked and rode my bike everywhere at your age, get some of your friends together and go have some fun :)You'll be amazed at how easy it comes off if you just get out and move your bod.
What makes you think at the age of 13 you have a slow metabolism? Have you been diagnosed by a doctor?
