Hi, my name is Will and I'm 15 years old. I used to be in shape when I was about 12 or 13 but since I went through puberty I've gotten man boobs (my doctor says that it's normal). I'm not fat or anything but I have gained some pounds. Recently I started lifting weights, doing pushups/situps, etc. My diet isn't as good as it should be...it mainly consists of fatty foods...such as tacos, chips, snack cakes, etc. I know it isn't a good diet but that's one of the things I need help with. Can someone please tell me what's a good diet and what is a good workout to get rid of my stomach fat and man boobs and get back into shape! Thanks <3:dumbbell::)

HI Will, you need to get rid of the - in your words - "fatty foods...such as tacos, chips, snack cakes, etc." :) It sounds like you know what's bad for you, it's just a matter of getting used to eating what's good for you.

Diet is so important. BB1FIT says that abs are made in the kitchen and I couldn't agree more. To take that a little farther, a strong, lean, body is made in the kitchen. You're so lucky to be a young person and in a growth stage of your life. If you can eliminate the junk food from your diet and add some excercise, you'll be awsome! Make that change and keep us posted!

About the "man boobs", if you are not overweight and you gained some fat tissue there its because of the hormonal changes during puberty and that because oestrogen (female hormone) likes to stack fat tissue in that area so don't worry as its not permanent.
