Hey jenlansdale, welcome to ft. Check out asimmer's comments under the subject "some diets for example", also her diet comments to jofroud under the topic "daily feed..". In both she gives examples of a daily diet that could make your food decisions easier until you get into the swing of things.

I'm just a few weeks into my program, and have found that the crazy cravings have gone away. I wasn't eating enough protein or often enough before. Good luck to you

About ten years ago I was desperate to lose about 15 pounds and went to a hypnootist after a friend convinced me it was a brillant idea. The hynotist said to keep my eyes closed at all times, and after the hypnotist thought I was asleep, I thought I heard the door creek, after a moment I dared to open my eyes, and there was a tape recorder on and the guy was gone - so was I!
