Hi all, I'm new to this site. I'm wondering what your advice is on choosing a program. I want more muscle definition. I can see some muscle in me, but its covered. Should I be choosing a muscle gain program or a tone and weight loss program! Help! I've been working out for 2 years now and lately I'm not seeing the gains that I'd like.

twinkles - choose adefinition program here at FT, and then spend some time learning how to eat to reveal your muscles. There is a lot of great advice in the nutrition forum, and plenty of people who will help get you on the right track.

Hi twinkles and welcome to FT. I too came to FT after 2 years of working out and not seeing the results I wanted. The first advice I followed was to lift heavy and keep going heavier. Dont worry about bulking up, it wont happen. What will happen is those beautiful muscles will will start making more of an appearance, and the fat will start beibg easier to get rid of. The second advice was to follow the bodybuilders nutrition plan which is high protein, moderate carbs and low fat. Like asimmer said, all the info you need for both is right here on this sight. And believe me, she knows what she is talking about. Good luck and LIFT HEAVY :dumbbell:
