I am relatively new (1 month)to freetrainers.com but I was sort of inactive until about a week ago when I had a breakthrough to start taking it seriously (mostly, my diet - something I have struggled with for awhile now... the excersize part was usually easy). Nothing dramatic - basically I started to really watch what I am putting into my body (incuding looking at the labels) and was shocked how much junk, unnecessary sugars carbs and fats I was packing!! Trying to make excersize with strength training a daily routine too. It's been a week now and 2-3 pounds since my turnaround which is very encouraging and exciting! Anyway I am excited to keep going and I just wanted to share :) I have a party to go to tonight that typically involves a lot of eating - I hope I have enough strength to be sensible! Izabella
It's amazing what you see when you start reading labels! Sounds like you're off to a good start, though. Remember: even the longest journey begins with a single step.
