im 15 and i have been max benching 195 for a couple months but it hasnt increased at all. How can i get it up in a few months. My diet consists of high protein foods and about 4000 cals. per day. HELP ME OUT SOMEONE!!!

Hit it from all angles. Use incline flat and decline. Do the same with dumbells. Use higher reps lower weights for a few weeks and then switch back to heavy. In short keep your muscles guessing what you will throw at thm next. Welcome to FT.
Do some speed bench to get the fast twitch muscles fatigued. Do it once a week, 8 sets of 3 with 50% of your max. Try to explode the bar up and get all three reps done in under 3 seconds. Try to do some exercises to strengthen tris, chest, and shoulders to strengthen some of the individual muscles used on bench. Doing squats can help your bench as well because it helps your power.
