I really want muscular looking Madonna arms. I know she does a lot of yoga which I don't.
For arms I do, 3 sets of 12 reps at 8pds with an inclined back seat.
I do shoulder presses, 3 sets of 12 with 10pd weights.
For triceps I do the rope, 3 sets of 12, or do kickbacks with 5 pd weights, 3 sets of 12.
What else can I do to make my arms more muscular? Do I need to use more weight and less reps?

Working the rest of your body with heavy compound moves will help put size on your arms.
Madonna's arms aren't that big, she is just really lean - lean out and they will look bigger.
-------------- If you fall down seven times, get up eight.

Hi, thanks for your reply.. What are seated hammer curls and preacher curls? On your explanation of reps. I do 3 sets of 12 now. So do you think I should be doing 4 sets of 10?
Thanks. :)

hey.. thanks for the quick response! ive got a few questions.. first off, is there any major difference between a straight arm pullover and a bent arm pullover except the obvious? With barbellshrugs, what is a smiths machine? i just usually do it with a barbell...
Yeah that looks good, i dont think my abs can take that much of a beating tho!! but ill give it a shot tonight.. errr monday nights at the gym are hell, sooooo many people, i find it funny how everyone goes at the start of the week and towards the end of the week, no ones there...
Im doing legs as well, but im not so focused on them, i do a bit of running and biking along with leg curls etc.
If you want to post another bi's, tri's, chest focusing on mass feel free, although i feel that the one you posted earlier is good enough..
Thanks
