Hi! I am here to shed about 40 pounds, already lost 40 since my baby was born on Sept. 4th 2004...I just started the FT...seems like the workouts designed for me and all the rest days won't help me much, are the rest days important? Today is my rest day, and I feel like I am missing out on doing something for this body of mine. I am 38 years old and have a newborn and a 16 and 13 year old, back when I had my first children, I lost 110 pounds by working out every day, no weight training,no treadmill or bike, just Slim Fast and aerobics every day, and walking everyday as well. I know my age is against me now..hope I am not too old to get the look I want...I don't have stretch marks, and my skin still seems tight, but more cellulite than I have ever had in the past...that needs to go, any advise?? I was thin then but I wasn't strong or defined really. Will these workouts make me look stronger and more defined? I am hoping by spring of 2005????Is this possible?

I like to walk on rest days - I usually walk anyways (just not right after lifting)

the workouts work if you keep at them & eat right

It will work. Like Reddy said, Persistantcy is important here.
Good luck.
