Hey,
i want to get my diet just right before i got back to weight lifting but i am off of weight lifting b/c i got a bad shoulder & waittin for it to heal up for 6 weeks so..right now i will just work on my diet plan so..i can start back on it on july 1 =) but here is what i came up with when i was making it up last night and let me know if i have to change anything and i am bulkin up still so..i i will be eatttin 8 meals a day and i eat a meal every 2 hrs too.
i am goin to be takin ceatine when i get back to weight lifting & i wanna know it dont say on the bottle whatever but i wanna know how much water u need in u before u can take it?
if u want to know how much i weight and stuff here it is too.
Im 20 year old, 6"0 & 145lbs but when i did 10mins cardio today i am down at 130lbs so..i dont know if my body weight playin games with me or not lol
every meal i will have a bottle of water too
8am -
3 eggs
3 bancon's
or
oatmeal
1 glass of milk

10am -
some Fruit and Carrots & broccoli with dip
whey drink

Noon -
1 Can Of Tuna
some fruit

Turkey sandwish

kill the bacon(unless it's a treat food), kill the dip for sure, instead of baked potato go for yam/sweet potato/brown-black rice and don't eat carbs 2 hours before sleep even while bulking(go for a protein drink with cassein or cheese/yogurt/nuts)...eat yam/sweet potato/brown-black rice/buckwheat/etc(complex carbs) with every solid meal...

i didnt want to make a new post so..i'll just use this so..im tryin to get my diet right before i lose my net for few weeks b/c i will be moving and im goin stay heathy and eat right still when i am moving so...but i cant weight lift for 5 more weeks b/c i go back to the shoulder dr. on july 27 to see if i can go back to weight liftin but im takin it easy and doin cardio 3 times a week 15 mins just to keep fat down but i like to gain weight too so...here is my diet plan if u can, can u put my diet in right order in the foods i got in there and i wanna know can i still take my whey when i am off from weight liftin? and i got some sample's of RealGains,Storm,ultra Iso Why is it ok to take that when i am off of weight lifting b/c i dont think it will do anything to me just bein a sample package.
but if u can get my diet in the right order for me and if i can take my whey drink put that in there too so..i will have a good diet plan i can stay on and stuff when i get back to weight lifting again after july but im moving friday or sat. too so..i will let u know how i am doin that few weeks i am on the diet too
