hmmmm your 13?? Your kinda young to be wanting to putting on some muscle size, there has been rummors although nto proven you can stunt your growth. However I believe theres just certainthings you shouldn't do:
stay away from the big compound movemnets, squats deadlifts, cleans stuff like that, do some light weight bearing excercises like pushups, pull ups, some dumbells and machines.
Work out light, don't try to go to heavy, you can seriously hurt your young body.
keep form very good and proper again do reps not weight
Eat a good healthy diet, protein carbs and fat
some might not agree with young people your age training at all, but doing this maybe 2 times a week i don't think would hurt you, many places liek the ymca, and other gyms have classes called "kyds on weights" or womthing like that, where 2 times a week you go in with a trainer and do a lil 45 min work out.
Last but not least,,,kids tease cause they are insecure about them selves, if it is just verbal teasing, just don't pay any attention, but its its physical abuse, then you need to tell and adult( mom, dad, teacher or something)
