Hey everyone!
Basically I've got a barbell set 50kg, dumbells, a rowing machine, an exercise bike and determination. I used to care about getting bigger and gaining muscle mass. Im not massive but i'm less worried about the appearance side of it now, I'm more interested in the health benefits and strength gains.
So what kind of exercising should i be doing? This is a long term thing, no deadline. Any suggestions from the vets would be appreciated:
Looking for: Exercise routines, how often, what kind of weight, and hopefully some nutrition advice that doesnt require elaborate recipes cause i'm on a budget and dont buy my own food.
Thanks in advance

Check the powerlifting forum. That is the best place to start.

Oh and to clarify, I dont mean I dont want to get big. If getting big is a by product of the exercise routines ur reccommending thats fine. Its just not a priority
