I dont see any problem with going natural. I dont use anything anymore I seem to be doing fine. As for your friend, I had a couple of friends who went through the same thing, they are still using creatine now.

You r not saposed to do creatine all the time, they have a 2 months max. course and then a months break. But being natural is good too, go on eggs, milk, fruita and patatoes,...these stuffs r great. If you can come up with a good natural nutrition plan, nothing better. Heres one: breakfast:- 4 eggs, half a litre milk, 3 bananas. Lunch:- rice, potatoes, vegetables..blah! blah! pre workout:- 3 bananas Post workout:- 4eggs, half a litre milk, 5 bananas. dinner:- whatever.
The lunch and dinner preparations in my country will be be different from yours, so you decide them. And for the fruits, well im a banana freak, but they r really good stuff.
bye

Hey Chopper, Some guys aren't blessed with mass and some are. Those that aren't usually need some form of supplement to get to where we want to be mass wise. I am one of those guys. If you aren't then going natural will probably be healthier overall. I know I am taking a risk in taking supplements that aren't proven harmful yet, but I have a good constitution and don't really worry about it at all. So I think it depends on what kind of build you are now. Hope it shed some light. Stay focused. The Hog.

Hi Bluechopper75, I am just about natural, I don't take anything but protein powder but at my age my growth is a lot slower than yours. Give it a try , just don't go to light on your protein. Good luck

Now i have a question. How does that protein powder stack up to cretine. I have used cre but not the protein powder, wouldnt it be better to get the protein naturaly?

I take the protien powder because it's so hard for me to get 280-300 grams of it a day from natural sources

You make a good point, but how does it compete with Cre.
