dear freinds i am from pkistan and body builder of two years and i also partisapate in so many competetions and take good psitions but i am too uch musculer and want to heavy my self any one send me a good ruotien in this regard or ony other solution.i thankful to him in my all life
you know the best way to get real heavy which i think works and worked for me is to uptake your protein man. if you can double up your protein intake to 2 grams per pound of body weight and stick with the basics and compoud movements you`ll soon find your self the king of the ring or should i say the king of the gym. to my lord and saviour lee priest.
I agree luc, You must consume atleast 1.5 to 2 grmas of protein per body weight. Also try using the 12 or 8 week mass building routine here at ft. I am in my 5th week and am seeing great results! B.Q.
