Does anyone have any ideas on how to lose weight and keep boobs? I have 40 E's and really like it. I don't want them to go down too much.

Exercise and diet. They will go down, but not drastic unless you goto a low bf%.
-------------- A little discipline at the table and at the gym might help reduce that belly!

I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW YOU CAN ENJOY YOUR BOOBS AT 40E, MINE WERE 40E AND GOT THEM REDUCED, I HAD BACK PROBLEMS, ETC
ANYWAYS, ON MY EXPERIENCE, WHEN YOU START LOOSING WEIGHT, THE BREASTS ARE THE FIRST TO LOOSE, SINCE BREASTS ARE IN A GREAT % FAT AND THEN JUST THE GLANDS, IM TELLING YOU THIS BECAUSE THERE WAS A TIME WHEN I WAS TEENAGER AND I WENT DOWN TO 89 POUNDS, AND MY BOOBIES WENT DOWN TO 32 A. THEN I GAINED ALLLLLLL MY WEIGHT BACK AND MORE, AND MY BOOBIES WENT THROUGH ALL SIZES, TILL THEY GET TO A G, WHERE I COULDNT STAND IT ANYMORE
ANYWAYS, MY ADVICE, LOOSE ALL THE WAY YOU WANT TO LOSE, YOU WILL FEEL GREAT, AND WHEN YOU REACH YOUR GOAL, GET SOME IMPLANTAS :)

Not that I know this from personal experience, but from speaking with other women who have had breast reductions, women's breasts have different ratios of fat to breast tissue so some will lose more size than others, depending on how much is really fat. So, hard to say. I personally can't imagine wanting to be larger than a C or D at most, but that's me and I was only a D once for about five minutes.
