i want to lose 40/50lbs

I have moved out of my parents house 4 months ago, and i have gained 20lbs. i was at 145-150, and i went to the doctor today and found out that i am 170!!! I dont look it or feel it, but i realllllllly want to lose it asap. I dont know where to start, what not to eat, what to eat..ect. Please give me some tips.

Your profile states that you were into fitness a while back. Are you interested in returning to it? A fitness plan along with a balanced healthy diet will help you accomplish your goals. Try signing up with one of the exercise programs here - they work well and reading up in the nutrition should help you in the nutrition aspect as well. Good luck :big_smile:
