I have moved out of my parents house 4 months ago, and i have gained 20lbs. i was at 145-150, and i went to the doctor today and found out that i am 170!!! I dont look it or feel it, but i realllllllly want to lose it asap. I dont know where to start, what not to eat, what to eat..ect. Please give me some tips.
