Im an 18 year old female I weight about 175pounds. I would like to lose 50 pounds in a year. I know its possible but I need tips on the diet I should follow and types of exercises I should do to lose the weight and be toned. Any help???
Get a free program from this site. Start with eating around 1800 calories a day and see where that gets you for now for weight loss. You may need a little more or less depending on how active you are.
