Wondering how is the best way to go about getting the fat off of my body and putting on some lean muscle mass. Can I do both at the same time, or do I concentrate on one or the other?
in all honesty, being overweight when you start lifting can be a bit of an advantage. You'r body is used to using more strain to move, so if you go to the gym and add more weight you'r muscles will increase in strength and mass, at the same time, working out hard enough to sweat which isn't difficult will help you lose the excess weight. just stick with it and don't get discouraged, you can achieve you'r goals.
