I went to the gym!!!!!

Hi everyone I went to the gym today and man I had fun!!! I got on the tread mil for 15 minutes. Then after that I got on the bike and did that for like 10 mins. Then I thought I would take a break and go tan. Well I feel great and I already feel like i have more energy. I love it. I just don't like the prices you have to pay to get a membership!!!!!!!! Nothing really hurts right now and i think i did great for my first day there. I know that i will feel it in the morning. I'm gonna go again and Make sure get my moneys worth at the gym.

Good for you, keep it up, and who knows, it may become habit!! Not too bac a one, you could have much worse habits! Getting healthy is a good thing.

I definately think the price of a gym is worth it... some places are fairly cheap and you at least get good use of dumbells and some machines.

I've felt 200% better about myself and my lifestyle since I started going to the gym.

I swear the endorphin rush and hormone surge after an anaerobic workout is subtle, but REALLY cool. I can just sit on the couch and space out for 30 minutes after a good workout. It's fun stuff.

I have been going there for 3 days straight. Ilove it. I go straight to the treadmil for 15 mins. Then I go to the bike for 10 mins. I go tan and rest for 10 mins and the go on something else. I love it. They already know me up there. Thank you for he encuragement.

Hey mackfactor, I have to agree with you. It's like a state of euphoria. I love that feeling when everything is clicking, I always get my best ideas after a great workout and I love it.
