Sherbert is only sugar free if it actually says its sugar free, otherwise it has a lot of sugar in it like ice crean, sorbet, and frozen yogurt.

eat ice! be happy! just do it in moderation! (that means once a week ....1-2 servings)....remember sugar free does not mean fat free or calorie free....also remember the more 'vanilla' the ice cream the less calories, fat, cholesterol, saturate fat, etc , it has...generally speaking....gives 'you're so vanilla!' a new meaning...lol

Is that fat in the ice cream bad fat? I know that's kinda a stupid question because I'm sure that fat from ice cream can't be good, but I wouldn't know, maybe it is. Is it?
