Me.
New to ft, and pretty excited. I came across the site while I was searching for some suggested exercises to get myself into a healthier routine.
Not looking to break a sweat, yet. I've tried doing the Body for Life thing, and several other programs. The problem is, I get really excited at first, and then "sluff off."
So, my goal right now is to just build a habit of doing _some_ basic exercise every day. Once I get in the habit, I'll work on putting together a more specific regimen.
I set up a fitness plan here (I lied and said I didn't have access to weights, so I'm basically just doing home exercises). The first week looks like a piece of cake, and I'll probably take it extra slow, just because, like I said, I only want to build a habit right now.
