I have been trying to figure out how to keep the meals straight...but I couldn't figure out how to on here. Maybe I really don't know how to use all of this right?

I made some "custom foods" that are fake......and they're just like below.....

---------------BREAKFAST-----------------
---------------BRUNCH-----------------
---------------LUNCH-----------------
---------------AFTERNOON SNACK-----------------
---------------DINNER-----------------
---------------EVENING SNACK-----------------

Is there an easier way to do this?

Do you mean you are confused because the program doesn't seperate meals?

At the end of the day, it is the totals you are concerned with.

I find it is easier to track my intake in a notebook.
