nope - get your body composityion done and find out your lean mass, then you can figure out how much you would weigh at a healthy bodyfat percentage.
I have less fat at 145 now (in a size 6/8) than I did at 135 in my early twenties (in a size 9/11)...I am 5'4". the doctor's charts said I should weigh 118lbs..
