that hurt my diet? I only drink one every 3 weeks, i was wondering if thats good or really bad. Thanks.

A can of soda once every 3 weeks will have no impact on your training or health one way or the other.

How about every day? I really prefer my Powerade for breakfast, afternoon snack (pre-workout), protein shake post-workout, powerade when I get home, and a protein shake in the evening (if I do anything physical like cardio). However, I left out the can of Coke with lunch and dinner.
Also, what do you think of Powerade? I noticed that the bottle says High Fructose Corn Syrup as the first ingredient after water. I use the powder, though, and haven't looked at the can to see if it's the same.
Also, I use 2% milk with my Whey Protein Powder. I can't stand anything less than 2%, and I already weaned my wife down from Vitamin D milk (4%, she says).
I also drink water, whenever I run out of powerade. Can Powerade take the place of water? Or do I need to switch to just water?
