If I have to Choose ....................

If i have to choose two supplements from the following three , which would those be (keep in mind that im aiming for huge muscel(lean muscles) gain):
1>MultiVitamin.
2>Creatine.
3>Whey Protien.

Plz do guide me.

Vutamins are very important in keeping are resistance high, so that would be first.
Second, whey isolate would be next to help feed my muscles.
Don't forget rest, just a reminder.

i'm with ivan on this - creatine is nowhere near as important as whey and vitamins. for me, creatine is something i cycle only when it fits my budget, but i'm always taking vitamins and drinking whey.

I agree, protin builds muscle, and vitamnes keep your immune system and body homoestasis.......creatine is an extra......I take it cause I have the money and i think it helps a lil bit. But shit have the time I forget to take it lol

There are some who would put glutamine ahead of creatine as well.

Protein and complex carbs as well as simple carbs immediately following your workout. I HIGHLY suggest glutamine as part of your regimine as well.

Glutamine should always be ahead of creatine. Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid, creatine is an added boost, and will not have near the effect that a well structured glutamine intake will have on your gains. If for no other reason, and there are tons, think glycogen restoration.
