what happen if the insulin level in the body increases before the workout. i know that it will weaken us during the training. for instance, fruits might cause the insulin to shoot. if that happens, how long will it take to balance back the insulin level and how to avoid this problem. will the insulin shoots really weaken us prior before workout.
That's why it's no good drinking a coke and eating a Mars just before your work out..... Ohhhhh, yes you can feel the difference.
But IF you need some energy for the training, then eat a small fruit (not pure sugar) 15-30 mins before. This will give you a small energy but not enough to weaken when the insulin falls.
