I was watching some show about the training that the Dallas Cowboy Chearleaders got through, and their trainer's rules is, "If it comes in a box, don't eat it." They could only eat fressh food. Does anyone do that?

That is definitely the goal. Whey protein is the most processed thing I eat. Except for weak moments when my bf leaves the cheez-its out on the counter and I'm really starving. Old fashioned rolled oats come in a box, but I don't think that counts. And I do have the occasional slice of ham with my eggs for variety. But yeah, that is pretty much the rule of eating clean, isn't it?

Most anything that comes in a box means it is processed.
