Ok. I am 13 and I currently dont have access to a gym. I should be gaining access in about 2wks. or so. I really dont know anything about anything. I weigh 95 give or take a few pounds. If anyone has a workout routine for ne it would be greatly appreciated. I would first like to get my muscle lean and then start increasing the mass. I guess that is how I would put that. I would love any advice or tips from anyone. Thank you.

Here is a link to a great beginners routine. At your age, you should be able to build muscle and lose fat at the same time. Just clean up your diet and start lifting with basic compound movements, and you'll be fine. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4195843

Also read this for descriptions on how to do exercises

You'll want someone knowledgable to be there when you first lift to make sure you have good form and to spot for you.

I have heard that you can do cardio exercise. It is like runnig and stuff. Also weight lifting helps a whole lot. TIP:Doing cardio exercise before you eat breakfast makes you lose weight more quickly

There are free programs on the site for body weight exercises. At your age I wouldn't worry so much about the mass, because you're still growing. Just focus on the body weight stuff for now. Push-ups, pull-ups, body weight squats, etc.
