I'm 14 and I wanna know how to better my bench

I'm 14 at 5'8 I bench 165lbs but I'm a running back so I believe I need to improve by a lot I would love some tips on building up.

I don't know how much you can squat or deadlift but I would imagine those exercises would benefit a RB just as much if not more than bench press.  What kind of workout are you currently doing?  How often do you lift?
