im 14 and not overweight

i have never been overweight in my life but for some really weird reason i have always had these man boobs, since i was a little kid. but i want to get rid of them, what should i do, could it be just untoned muscles, im not really sure of anything.

Focus on "pectoralis major" workouts, or chest workouts.
http://www.nurseminerva.co.uk/images/jerk.jpg this link shows an example of the muscles you need to be working out if you truly want to rid of the "man boobs". Most any upper body weight lifting should help you in this case...

Sorry to say you can't spot reduce.
You need to eat clean and do cardio 4-5 days a week. 30 mins is enough, also try to do H.I.I.T to mix things up a bit.
Keep up the weight training and be sure to really push yourself making every rep count. Don't be afraid to go heavier. Be smart about it and work your way up when you are able to do all your reps w/o the feeling of failure.
Also try to seperate your cardio/strength training by at least 6 hours if possible. Be sure to give your body at least 1-2 rest days to recover.

i just turned 15 about a month ago, mine recently just came about 2 years ago due to puberty, so your not alone. alot of guys our age gets them its just a matter of having a good diet and time. good luck! <3:dumbbell:
