:( If anybody out there can help me or give me advice id take it in a heartbeat. i have been on the bigger end of my class since 5th grade, and i keeps getting worse, i do workout however! and i have lost most of my hope of having someone want to date me when im older...im tired of being the ugly fat girl in the class. but i need help. alot_of_kissis@hotmail.com please help

Hi,
Drinking lots of water really helps. I drink 64 oz. a day. and it helps with over eating. Also, believe of not is you eat in smaller healthier portions more frequently you'll constanly feel full. Eat something like every 2-3 hours. Hope it helps.
