I'm 16 been working out for about 18 months, though I have noticed significant muscle development and growth it is not to my expectations or hopes for that matter. I seem to be doing every thing right, is it only because I am an 'endomorph' or is it something else? Some one please help! Respectfully Gareth Kitson.

well lifting weights should to some extent increase your muscle mass...if you don't want growth.. then do each set of about 15-20 reps

It takes time, your still growing and don't try to rush it. Lift good and solid and eat right and it will come

To gain muscle mass you need to eat, alot. But dont eat just anything. Try for foods with high protein and high calories. Eat at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. And you should also train heavy and progress, increase, your poundages every week. Combine those 2 things and you'll be sure to add some mass to your frame.
