I used freetrainers.com about a year ago. It was a great program, but I just stopped because I wan't committed. This time, I'm planning on doing everything I can to do the exercises AND input food into the nutrition tracker.
That could be really helpful for me, the nutrition tracker. Does anyone else have this problem? Maybe we could be fitness buddies :) FYI I'm a girl (just sayin')
