I am currently doing about two hour workouts a day, weight lifting included. one hour elipitcal, 30 min weight machines, and 30 min max cardio workout. But have been at a standstill for two weeks. What should i do, to get the lbs to start dropping again?
Rest and mix it up a bit..doing the same thing each workout will not yield the results your looking for. Maybe one day do supersets as your weight training and no cardio..another day do light cardio..the next day do more supersets..then intense HIIT cardio the next day (sprints on a treadmill/outside or on a bike). remember it is important to rest too..hope this helps.
