After 7 weeks off due to a torm muscle in my forearm I finally got back to lifting today. I didn't realize how much i missed the engorging my muscles as I pushed for the last rep. the thing that i was most suprised with was that my bench did not drop at all. i put 225 just to see where i was at, and did it 8 times easy. so i bumped up to 255 and did that 6 times. You don't understand how hard it was for me to stop there, I wanted to take it slow so I just had to walk away. Man that was hard. It is definitely good to be back though, and I can't wait to see how my body reacts to the "new" shock!!!!

Glad to see your back into it. I just got back myself a couple weeks ago too. Muscle has memory. You will be surprized at how little you have lost, and how quickly it comes back!

- Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right.

Be careful not to injure yourself again after an injury.......
7 weeks off? Oh yes I can imagine how nice it was to start all over again....... (o;
