I was on here before a while back under SeattleCityGal - thought I'd say hi and that I'm back.
I've lost about 20 lbs in the past 2 years - kinda slow...but making more progress lately! I have about 25-30 more to go. Working on Challenge #2 on the BFL program, and then I'll be making up my own workouts - splitting up days and working harder than I think I am now!
