I started workingout for the first time ever last june (before I met my fiance)but after about a month I just gave up eventhough I had seen good results. I really want to be healthy and lose weight, my boyfriend proposed and we're making plans on when to get married. He's actually very fit and toned, and takes very good care of himself which makes me question what he sees in me. I'm very insecure with myself and I tend to get jealous when we are together and other women look a him.
He's going to be away for a few months on job matters,and I would love to surprise him when he comes home and finds I've lost weight. I know it would be awesome to boost my confidence level. It would also be great for my elationship.
I guess I'm just looking for a good person or a few good people to help me workout. I can't go to my fiance to b my wokout buddy since I want it to be a surprise. I have alot of questions.
