I know there have been numerous posts already regarding carbohydrates, but i'm still confused: Is it unhealthy to not intake much carbohydrates per day (a range of none to very little)? I haven't been consuming much carbohydrates lately, and i feel better (lighter?)... I've been consuming a great deal of vegetables and fruits, yogurts, milk, and eggs lately, but because my nutritional intake seems so unbalanced, IS THE EXCESS THAT I'M EATING IN ONE CATEGORY (like fruit) GOING TO TURN INTO FAT (even though fruits are, essentially, healthy... they still contain sugar, right??)... ahh, i'm so confused! =(
