lol. i accidently posted this somewhere else too! im not very good with computers, especially during the wee hours of the morning! lol. o well. here it goes AGAIN.... Hi. I'm 154 lbs and should only be about 110lbs. So, basically, i need to lose about 45 lbs. The problem is, i dont know how to go about it. I have been trying for 2 years now and i just can't seem to stick to it. I fall off the track and can't seem to hop back on until i've gained a few more pounds and its very depressing. Also, i dont really know what kind of exercising i should be doing considering a cannot get to a gym. I have weights, but that is it. But, im starting to get desperate. I need a few pointers. Anything that anyone could offer is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Welcome to freetrainers. Try doing a program from FT and choose the homeworkout with free weights. That should get you started, and use this site for your support. Check out the nutrition section on here and replace the processed foods that you eat with the good healthy ones.
Good luck. Please fill out your profile so we can be more help.

Don't be discouraged. As carivan has pointed out you have some good options here at ft. All you need for a healthier lifestyle is desire, knowledge, and some basic equipment. It seems as if you have all of these. Remember the importance of diet. You want a good, clean diet that is balanced with the proper ratios of p/c/f. The problem encountered by many people is that they set themselves up on diets that are to restrictive. Eat right, eat enough, and put that food to good use through exercise. Good Luck.
