I'm 5'4" and 127 pounds, which I know is technically healthy, but I'm not happy with the way I look and I really want to reach my goal weight of 120. I have been in starvation mode for the past year, which I know is not good, but I'm sick of starving myself and so I'm trying to do this the healthy way. For the past 3 weeks I have been eating three well-balanced meals a day as well as exercising everyday and yet I'm not losing weight or even maintaining it...I'm gaining. It makes me want to go back to not eating event though I know I can't.Anyone have any advice?

Explain what a 'well-balanced meal' might be. Quite often when we think we are eating well, we aren't.
You may need to eat more times per day.... six or seven smaller meals each day instead of the standard three.
