Hi, it has been years that I'm hitting my plateau of 150lbs. No matter what I do, I don't seem to be able to change that weight. Not even one single pound! Very frustrating!!! Only the recents weeks, I don't seems to get the motivation to exercise... got sloppy in my eating habits... I gain 4 lbs right away...

Any advise to pass this plateau???

Look at your diet first and foremost. Depending on your activity level I put you between 1500-1800 calories a day to continue weight loss. If your calories are dialed in, try messing with the balances a little. Bring your protein consumption up, and carbs down.
Don't worry about those instant weight gains after a cheat meal. It's just your body dealing with more food than it's used to. If your diet is good and consistent, the weight will drop back off in a few days.
