Hi I am here and wanting to change. I have recently lost 30 lbs but still feel ugh. So I am going to give this a shot. I am also in the bad shape of being in debt so a gym is out for me. Anyone with any further ideas of working out at home PLEASE feel free to let me know. Jo

welcome, there are plenty of home exercises you can do on here, check out the exercise program, they have one specifically for you if you don't have access to a gym! good luck!

Thanks everyone.. I just did day one... I didn't do any cardio..but I walked like a demon through the mall tongiht. :) I figure let me get in the routine of this first. But so far so good. I even did more push ups then I thought I could.
