Hi! my name is ashley, i am 19 and i want to lose the pudge in my stomach and my love handles. I found this website and was really interested so I joined and was all excited to finally start moving towards being healthier and toned but then i filled in all the little questions and now...im stuck! i dont know what to do next and i think i missed something because its not really giving me much information...does it actually list foods and exersizes you can choose from or is it very open-ended. My big problems with diets is that there is no specific plan that i can follow and then i mess up and give up...can someone let me in on what I'm missing about this website please? thank you so much, Ashley♥

You should have a fitness plan ready for you, with exercises to do on certain days. The Nutritional Plan is a bit vague, but it gives you an idea on what to eat and how much. You can always ask people about specific tips.
