I just moved to NC from NY & i want to be skinny so when i go back home i can look just perfect ... i weigh about 130 now but want to be like 115... any suggestions? i dont like exercising but no fat foods i can do
Welcome to FT.... follow the nutrition guide set up on this site... I would suggest some exercise though... something you like...doesn't have to be weights... cycling, jogging, walking.... whatever... It'll help you reach your goal!
