Hi. Im a 16 year old male and i weigh 205 and I have abdominal fat...well alot of it and I have muscles but they are under alot of fat and I was wondering if anyone could give me any tips on how to lose my keg because it makes me at greater risk for serious diseases. Thanks

Welcome, Justin...

It's mostly diet... with proper exercise... to lose the "keg" you'll need to eat a clean diet.

hi i am jessiCA well are you into sports and excersise? I am but i am recently homeschooled so i have gained weight but i am 6ft tall so i dont look as big ans i am. I would love ot help you out i am new to the site and i am wanting to lose weight to so maybe we could motivate each other???

Hey Justin (i guess this applies to Jessica as well)
im new to this site as well, i don't have a lot of knowledge about this sorta thing. But one thing i suggest you try is HITT (High Intensity Interval Training). HIIT only takes a few minutes to do, so you don't have to spend an hour on a treadmill (steady state cardio). I've read that HIIT burns up to 50% more calories than 'steady state' cardio. Talk to others who are more experience and knowledge on the subject.
