In every sense of the word. I'm 5'10" and weight 294... It's pathetic but I'm trying to get into a good frame of mind and body... I wondering if anyone can give me any tips? Also, my Exercise profile is suggesting exercises I have no chance of being able to do and it even says in the information that it's not an exercise for beginners. Any thoughts on how to set this up? Thanks!

yeah, don't beat y'self up any more. You did the right thing by trying to do something 'bout your "problem" don't relent but don't kill y'self either.

P.S. If you get a chance, read TimDay's quote. I am sorry if i leave others quotes out, but methinks his quote definately fits here...yeah?!

OverSeer, p-man is right... it's hard work, but worth it in the end. There is a growing list of success stories on this site, and a never ending supply of motivation.
Not sure how to solve the Exercise Profile problem. Perhaps it was something when you set up your profile.
Welcome to the site, you've come to the right place for the encouragement to learn and get lean!

I had some problems with mine so I went through and re-entered my info and it came out great the second time around. You can also email the staff or one of the moderators and they may be able to help you.
Welcome and good luck.
