Hi everyone!! I'm new here!!
I am 19 and have a three month old. I struggled with this my whole life. I lost 100+ lbs between that ages of 14 to 17 because I weighed in at 300 lbs at 13-14 years old. I gained about about 40 lbs of that back last fall. Then I got pregnant and did not know how to really control my cravings and gained back up to 316 lbs by the time she was born. I tried breastfeeding for about three weeks where I lost down to 286, but it wasn't working for my daughter so I stopped and went to formula. Now I am stuck in the 300s weighing about 310. We live with my finance's (her dad)grandmother at the moment to stablize and save for up until next year and it just seems I am getting more stressed out than I have ever been in my life. I am on Chitosan to reduce my fat intake. And recently I have been made fun of a lot more, so now I have almost eliminated food all together, and when I do eat I make sure to take one pill over the dosage I'm supposed to to see if it works. It's not safe by any means but I have lost roughly 20 lbs from it. I am looking to get healthy while losing weight not just lose the weight. I realize I am headed down a bad path, and I am looking for some support through good dieting advice and a more stable exercise routine, while continuing this long journey. I have looked into the cost of a total body lift w/ lipo. I would have to save for years just to get it done. Besides it's not as healthy as slimming down the right way.
