Hey everyone I'm new and just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Amber and I just was hoping someone could possibly tell me a little bit more about the excersice program. :)

To be quite honest I'm not sure what program I'm on. I just know that I need to know what chins between chairs is. I'm not sure how to do it.

Ah... put a bar on the seat of two chairs... can be a broom handle or whatever, as long as it can support you... make sure the chairs are far enough apart for you to lay in between....

Then, simply pull yourself up bending at the waist.... but only using the muscles you are supposed to be working (back I think?)
