Im about 5'4 and weigh 130 i think... im 14 years old, what should i eat now that im dieting? Also, what should be my target weight goal? And one more, lol, i wanna lose weight by the 18 of Febuary.....Is it possible?

I think you are at your target weight goal already!
There is no health reason to reduce your weight from what it is already.
If you are wanting to change the way you look, then I would suggest focusing on on training to reduce your body fat (if that's what you want)
Why not sign up for a freetrainers workout?

You are 14, focus on eating a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean protein and whole grains. you are too young to be 'dieting' but at a great age to start eating healthier!
Focus on having fun - rollerblade, play soccer, run, skip rope, chase your friends, play volleyball, swim, basketball...just get moving more and have fun. You will see an improvemnt in muscle tone and shape with time and consistency.
You are still growing!!!!!

5'4 and 130 lbs? I can't see how anyone can have a problem with that. Do what assimmer and princeslodgey said. you should focus on eating healthier. That means keeping the junk food to a minimum. By the way, what's on Feb 18th? Just nosey and curious.
